All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Beautiful bed

It looks really expensive and filled the guest room nicely. Putting it together took us a bit of time though.

Product better than communication

This bed frame was easy enough to put together but the instructions lacked information that would just help trying to understand and reassure you're doing the right thing instead of just assuming. The delivery was delayed and out of any described SLA, and despite multiple emails the only communication (via email as no phone number) from the company was automated which does not sit well with me as money was taken many weeks before. However the delivery service was exceptional from the third party with excellent communication leading up to the delivery. I'm enjoying the product now but would not order again.

Lovely bed

I love the bed it’s a beautiful colour and really comfortable too with lots of storage. It did take a few hours to put together which I wasn’t expecting but I’m very happy with it.

Amazing!

This bed is absolutely gorgeous. Very easy to build and with clear instructions. I'm so happy I chose this bed! The delivery took a bit longer than the time frame given to me when I purchased the bed on pre order though. Only slight downside but it was worth the wait!
