All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.
Never received. Chased customer services who said it was enroute. Clearly not.
Had to go through the entire process of contacting my bank to arrange a reversal.
